The Challenge

For Carnivalist — the premier global platform for Carnival planning, ticket sales, and event coordination ("Fete. Road. Repeat.") — high seasonal traffic spikes were causing critical database crashes. Their legacy platform could not handle the immense load required when exclusive event tickets dropped, costing them thousands in abandoned carts.

Our Approach

Hatim Technologies completely rebuilt Carnivalist's frontend and cloud infrastructure. We leveraged Vite and modern React to create a highly optimized, lightning-fast web and mobile experience that thrives under pressure.

The Impact

The newly launched Carnivalist platform successfully managed their biggest Carnival season to date with ZERO downtime.
